<h2>Manufacturer's Packing Slip</h2>
If you are the manufacturer of your product and the registered brand owner of your products then Amazon prefers a manufacturer's packing slip as documentation for inbound shipment discrepancy cases.&nbsp;
This form of documentation can be created on your behalf by Valence by pulling shipment data from your Seller Central account and is 100% Amazon compliant. The packing slip created will include the following (as specifically requested by Amazon):

<li>Company Logo</li>
<li>Shipment ID</li>
<li>Product names of the missing items&nbsp;</li>
<li>Quantity shipped&nbsp;</li>
<li>Signature by you</li>

Step 1) Sign in to Valence account and go to Audits&lt;Settings
Step 2) Scroll to Packing Slip Settings and select “Enable packing slip generation”
Step 3) Upload logo&nbsp;

Let Valence know if you short ship any&nbsp; of your shipments. We do not want to submit a case for units that weren't sent in as that could put your account at risk.
